What to Expect

This experience is a balanced blend of movement and conversation.

You’ll be guided through simple, beginner-friendly pole movements in a comfortable, encouraging space. No experience is needed — just come as you are.

Alongside movement, you’ll be part of an open and informative discussion focused on peri/menopause, with practical insight into how to support your body, energy, strength, and overall wellbeing during this stage of life.

This is a chance to learn, connect, and experience something new in a welcoming community of women navigating similar changes.


Who This Is For

This evening is designed for women in midlife who are:

  • Curious about trying pole in a simple, supportive way
  • Looking for more clarity around peri/menopause and midlife wellness
  • Wanting to move their bodies in a way that feels fun and empowering
  • Craving connection, community, and a comfortable space to learn

You do not need any pole or dance experience to attend.


Meet Your Guides

Bre Bicknell is an experienced Menopause Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, Health Coach, and Nutrition Specialist with years of experience supporting women through this season of life.

Annette Lago is a 50+ Pole & Dance Instructor with decades of teaching experience, known for creating a knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging environment for students of all levels.

Together, they bring a warm and thoughtful approach that helps you feel confident, informed, and comfortable as you explore movement and navigate midlife.

What to Wear

Please wear layers of comfortable athletic clothing.

Bring:

  • Bare feet or grippy socks
  • A water bottle

Please also:

  • Remove jewelry before class
  • Avoid lotion or oils on your skin
