How do I enroll?
To sign up for classes, download the fitDEGREE app from the apple store or get it on google play. Then, make an account with Carousel Pole and Dance. Log into the app. Select the series you would like to attend.
Do I need any experience to join?
No experience is needed! Beginners are warmly welcomed. Classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and skills from the very start.
How long is each class?
Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes, carefully designed to give you the perfect balance of learning, practice, and fun. This allows plenty of time to focus on technique, enjoy the supportive community, and leave feeling accomplished without feeling rushed.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes are perfect! Shorts or leggings and a tank top work well. Bare skin helps with grip on the pole, so shorts are recommended for certain moves, but don’t worry—your comfort is the priority. Also remember to remove any jewelry, avoid lotions, and bring a water bottle.
Do I need to be fit or strong to start?
Not at all. Pole dancing helps you build strength and flexibility over time. Classes cater to all fitness levels, so you’ll progress at your own pace.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself and a water bottle. Everything else, including poles, is provided.
